Helpful Information
| Smoking | Cottages are non-smoking. |

| Pets | Pets are allowed with advance permission. Please keep them leashed at all times. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the grounds clean. |
| Grilling | The fireplace in each cottage is sealed and may not be used. Use of grills is permitted outdoors. Campfires and chimineas are not allowed. |
| Watercraft | The float in front of the cottage docks is available for guest use. The four kayaks are shared between the two cottages. Maine law requires use of US Coast Guard approved life jackets when using kayaks. Children 10 years of age and under must wear a life jacket at all times. Some are provided in each cottage. |
| Occupancy | There is a maximum of 4 people allowed in each cottage for overnight stays. No exceptions. Please remember to supply your own linens. |
| Deposit / Cancellation Policy |
A 50% deposit is required to reserve dates. The remaining balance is due (including 2024 Maine state lodging tax of 9%) upon arrival. A 50% refund of the deposit is available for cancellations received at least 30 days prior to check-in date. A 100% refund of the deposit is available for cancellations received at least 45 days prior to check-in date. Credit cards are not accepted. |
